Personal responsibility has been developed to a degree that you are able to come to an experience ready to express the fullness that you have claimed within yourself. And you are ready to receive that fullness from others.

It is about surrendering to oneness, knowing that your soul and personality are unique expressions of the One. 

It is about knowing that you belong here, you are at home with earth, yourself, and others.

It is about using your life force to create magic for the benefit of the collective.
